4.2 “Cookies” information: Easyhire.me may send one or more cookies (small text files containing a string of alphanumeric characters) to your computer. Easyhire.me may use both session cookies and persistent cookies.
4.3 “Automatically collected” information: We may automatically record certain information from your web browser, including IP address, web browser type, the pages you view, and the dates and times of access.
5. How easyhire.me uses personal information collected

5A.1 Easyhire.me offers Employers optional AI-powered analysis tools that process candidate interview recordings and submitted resumes for transcription, summarization, data extraction, and ranking based on criteria defined by Employers.
5A.2 AI analysis is a decision-support tool for Employers. Easyhire.me does not make hiring decisions.
5A.3 Candidate data processed by AI tools is used solely for evaluating their application for specific roles and is not used in training general AI models without Employer authorization.
5A.4 Candidates have rights to request human review of AI assessments and to request information about automated processing.
6. How easyhire.me discloses PII
6.1 Personally identifiable information provided by candidates may be shared with corresponding employer(s).
6.2 Easyhire.me may make available aggregate non-personally identifiable information to assist parties in understanding user interests.
6.3 We may disclose your information as required by law or in response to legal processes.
6.4 Easyhire.me reserves the right to disclose information deemed necessary to protect against liability, comply with investigations, or protect users and our services.
7. Data security
7.1 Easyhire.me protects the information obtained about users with commercially reasonable safeguards and security measures.
